We provide pupils with

Attainment levels assessed July 2016

Due to Cedar Centre pupils' starting points and significant level of need, achievement is below national averages in reading, writing and mathematics. 

However, the average percentage of pupils who made good or better progress in the 2015/16 school year in the following core subjects is:

Reading 89%

Writing 75%

Mathematics 74%

Current exam results

In 2015/16:

  • 100% of KS4 pupils achieved BTEC Vocational Studies level 1
  • 100% of KS4 pupils achieved Functional Skills in English and Mathematics
  • pupils undertook BTEC qualifications (rather than GCSE examinations) as these are more relevant to our learners
